Meet Your Instructor:
Jennifer Lynch, PT, DPT, CPLD (Active Birth Institute)
Pelvic Health and Pediatric Physical Therapist | Certified Postpartum and Labor Doula | Founder of Carry To Crawl
Hi! I’m Jen, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 17 years of experience specializing in pelvic health and pediatrics. I earned my degree from Boston University in 2008 and have worked in various settings, including pelvic health and orthopedic outpatient clinics, a pediatric rehabilitation hospital, and early intervention pediatric physical therapy. My journey into specializing in the pregnant, postpartum, and early pediatrics populations stemmed from recognizing significant gaps in services for these groups. In 2022, I merged my two areas of expertise to create Carry To Crawl Physical Therapy, an initiative dedicated to improving perinatal pelvic health and pediatric care. My mission is to empower, educate, support, and build confidence in women as they navigate the transformative stages of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. I believe that when mothers thrive, babies thrive too. It truly takes a village, and Carry To Crawl aims to be that supportive resource for women throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and for their little ones' development. Together, we can help both moms and their munchkins thrive on this incredible journey!
