Your Benefits: This weekly 60-minute mindfulness Zoom call with Dr. Emily and Shannon will hold space for exploration of self in a consciousness inclined virtual community.
The Purpose: This program is meant to foster community of space holding in an unruly world. Through gathering in mindful community once a week, women who connect here can find themselves in supported and understanding group to focus their practice and connect over magic and embodied integration.

Here’s What You Get in Our Hour Together:
15 minutes of guided meditation
15-20 minutes of sound bath time
5-10 minutes of EmBodied magical integration time (energetic movement practice)
20 minutes of chatting, gathering and decompression
5 minutes of dance integration at the end (optional) with songs picked by group
