In this course, connect to your own womb space through guided meditations, wellness practices and movement practices to connect to our pelvic floor and beyond.
Integrate through mind/body medicine how to connect to the womb space and channel the energy with in each of us. Through this integrative view and coursework work on various levels of health, wellness and beyond.

The Magic:
The more we learn, grow and integrate our body with the natural world around us as well as learn the basic information our our pelvic floor, core and female bodies the more we can learn to care for ourselves and in turn care for our loved ones around us.
This class breaks down the anatomical science and makes it magic - creating and growing our practices from learning about our body on a physiological and anatomical level and transitioning into a magical understanding of fully embodying and synthesizing the energy around us.
Learn about your anatomical body, energy body, meditation body and the practices that can allow them to be felt with in the somatic movements of the system.
Moon Magic + Moon Cycle Meditations
In this virtual class with Dr. Emily, you’ll be guided in over an hour of meditations around the female menstrual cycle, connecting with yourself and your body and working with the magic of the moon and more to create safe connections.

The Magic:
Through using guided journey meditations to connect with your cycle, each woman participating in this magical empowerment can better inhabit their own body and sphere. Integration of mind, body and the medicine that our bodies hold with in.
By getting in touch with the physical body, the energetic and spiritual body can have a home to breath, move and flow through. This virtual meditation program was channeled by Dr. Emily to allow for internal (and external) connection with the world around us.
The journey meditations help us to manifest our dreams and our realities for a more complete and full connection to ourselves and our planted manifestation seeds.
Womb Yoga
A Six Week Pre-Recorded Yoga Series
In this programming Dr. Emily meticulously moves throng the body from pelvic floor, core and energetics down the diaphragm to the root. Through the movement patterns and learning of energetics of the systems of the lower body, participants are guided to connect with the bodies, energetic balances and spiritual practices.

The Magic:
When using the pelvic floor and core in this systemic, energetic and magical way - the body can move synchronistically to manifest our general surroundings and bring about lightness of us as we work to create our own reality.
These approaches are all explained in detail and integrating the energy patterns all with body safety for those at all phases of their menstrual cycle or pre/postpartum journey.
All movements are pelvic floor safe and core focused for strengthening in a safe and functional way.
EmBodied Movement Membership 2024 - ALL PRE-RECORDED CLASSES
Welcome to the EmBodied Movement Program!
Together we will work to move, strengthen and integrate together with pilates/yoga style movement, breath work and energetic based practices to flow and grow!
In this class Dr. Emily provides movement and somatic releases to allow for integration and understanding of the body in conjunction with self care practices and movement overall. Through strengthening the body and exercising to connect in a stable, safe and somatic movement practices to allow for safety, strength and stability in the practices.
