Jennifer Lynch, PT, DPT, CPLD (Active Birth Institute)

Suite 1B | Friday Afternoons

Jen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with 17 years of experience specializing in pelvic health and pediatrics. She earned her degree from Boston University in 2008 and has worked in various settings, including pelvic health and orthopedic outpatient clinics, a pediatric rehabilitation hospital, and early intervention pediatric physical therapy. Her journey into specializing in the pregnant, postpartum, and early pediatrics populations stemmed from recognizing significant gaps in services for these groups. In 2022, she founded Carry To Crawl Physical Therapy + Wellness, an initiative dedicated to improving perinatal pelvic health and pediatric care.

Driven to provide better care, Dr. Jen pursued advanced training in perinatal coursework and earned dual certification as a Birth and Postpartum Doula.

Her mission is to empower, educate, support, and build confidence in women as they navigate the transformative stages of pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. She believes that when mothers thrive, babies thrive too. It truly takes a village, and Carry To Crawl aims to be that supportive resource for women throughout pregnancy, postpartum, and for their little ones' development.
