Mindfulness & Pelvic Pain

Mindfulness & Pelvic Pain

Did you know - meditation, mindfulness and yoga are ways to work through pelvic pain and help with the mind/body connection?

✨

There's a mind body connection to the pelvic floor, anxiety, tightness/tension and pain - with this in mind, a mindfulness practice and meditation can help to connect back in with our pelvises, pelvic floor and release tension/pain and also learn new practices to help modulate our mental space.

✨

Racing thoughts, swirling anxieties and stress are all things that a regular mediation practice can help with. Meditation is good for everyone and working on your mindfulness and meditation practices can help with easing stress and anxiety!

Pelvic Pain in particular is a condition that is highly correlated with the mind body connection and through the use of meditation we can help modulate pain patterns.

Want to learn more about meditation practices? Have a particular thing you're working on through meditation you'd like a recorded guided meditation for?

We're cooking up something new for 2022 and are happy to integrate what you would in to our upcoming IG live meditation series, morning meditation Mondays!
