Join Jen, a dedicated pediatric and perinatal physical therapist and owner of Carry To Crawl Physical Therapy, for a transformative 4-week infant massage and play skills series.

This program is thoughtfully designed to guide both parents and their babies through the enriching benefits of infant massage as well as infant play skills to help with gross motor milestones.

Throughout this series, you will:

  • Discover how touch enhance health and well-being for both you and your baby.

  • Develop a deeper understanding of your baby's non-verbal cues.

  • Learn specific massage strokes to support soothing, sleep, teething relief, digestion, and alleviation of gas and constipation.

  • Learn the importance of touch to help enhance gross motor movement.

The series will cover:

  • Massage Techniques: Learn targeted strokes for different body parts, including modifications as your baby grows

  • Reflexology Points: Discover techniques to promote digestion and calmness.

  • Bonding and Play: Explore suggestions to strengthen your bond and engage in playful interactions to build head and trunk control, engage the visual system, tummy time, rolling and more!

  • Group discussion: Share experiences and gain insights from fellow parents.

We will provide grapeseed oil for the massages, but if you prefer a different lotion or oil, feel free to bring it with you. Please note that olive oil is not recommended due to its potential to irritate sensitive baby skin.

We look forward to welcoming you and your little one to this enriching experience!
