Yoga Strength Series (Prenatal Friendly)

Join Kate for a 5 week Prenatal Friendly Yoga Strength Series this August.  Classes will be held on all August Fridays at 10:30 AM at Embodied Physical Therapy.  Throughout this series, you'll be guided through a vinyasa flow warm up that transitions into strength exercises with props, such as light ankle weights, resistance bands, and gliders.  Each class focuses on building core stability, upper body strength, improving posture, and lower body strength.  Class will end with a supported cool down and meditation offering during savasana.  

Fridays 10:30am-11:30am

Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
