Breathe, Flow and Glow
A 3 Week Series
Saturdays at 10am with Rebecca White

90 minutes
A 3-week series focused on Pranayama, Yoga, and Meditation.
The class will begin with pranayama and information about the physiological and energetic benefits of breathwork. Next we will flow into an active yoga practice (Yang element) and then transition into a slower, deeper experience of postures (Yin element).
The class will end with guided relaxation and meditation.
Saturdays from 10-11:30am
Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
