This series is focused around the seasonal shift of summer with mindfulness practice, breath work and movements all integrated in to a prenatal specific yoga class.
In class mamas are encouraged to connect with their baby, create bonding and space with in the body and pelvis to prepare and strengthen for birth.
Prenatal Yoga is an amazing adjunct to birth classes and birth preparation for the pelvic floor and more. Through gentle movements, core activation and mobility of the soft tissues around the hips and pelvis it can be utilized to allow for ease and preparation for birth.

Meet Your Instructor:
Kat Benny is a certified early childhood elementary teacher, E-RYT 200, RCYT, and Qualified Teacher of MBSR, dedicated to supporting the well-being of people of all ages through yoga and mindfulness practices. Her own experience navigating health challenges, grief, and body image have made her a firm believer in the transformative power of these practices and their ability to help turn suffering into strength and resilience. With a focus on nervous system regulation, honoring the needs of the individual, and not taking life too seriously, her classes are built on a foundation of slowness, spaciousness, and playfulness.
