Meet Your Instructor:
Rebecca F. White is a certified yoga instructor with 500+ hours of training and education. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 14 years in the Jersey Shore community. Rebecca began teaching chair yoga at a senior community in 2011 and spent 6 years at a NJ healthcare system leading chair yoga class for patients with MS, COPD and breast cancer. Rebecca’s approach to chair yoga is playful and relaxing. She views the chair as a prop that increases accessibility and versality for practicing postures, breathwork and meditation. Rebecca’s classes focus on the connection between the body, mind, and breath to teach students how to move with awareness to develop a dynamic and safe practice. Rebecca is also a mother and wife dedicated to holistic and mindful living.
