Creative Connections:
a space to come and create something while connecting with yourself and others.

$100 for 5 week series, $25/drop in
This class will be 1 hour, starting with a short meditation and a bit of reiki for each participant, leading into creative time with whatever modality speaks to you most (some examples: writing, drawing, collaging, coloring) and ending with some reflective sharing and connecting.
This is a 5 week series with a new theme each month.
May’s theme is grounding.
Participants are encouraged to bring whatever crafty supplies they feel called to use, but basics like paper, pens, coloring pages supplies will be available always.

Meet Your Instructor:
The class is taught by Melissa, who is a Reiki Master (trained by Dr. Emily), a Social Worker, with focuses in clinical practice and human rights, a Death Doula with a specialization in grief, a College Professor, Mama of Rowan and Professional Mental Health Coach.
