Donation Based - Suggested Donation $25-50
Class will be 60 minutes with an opportunity to mingle or ask questions a little while after. Each month we will sit with an herb that is beneficial to caregivers.
This could include:
In pregnancy
In motherhood or parenthood
For those caregiving in any way including intensive work like nursing, hospice, etc.
For babies and children
For birth
For death and dying
The first session will be with our beloved Moringa, which is beneficial to all of the above.
We will do a brief teaching on the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing and Ethics for those that are new to the community. We will call in the elements to express gratitude and call on guardianship, then move into our meditation with the herb of the month. There will be an opportunity for a few folks to share their experiences within the circle. Then we will go into the herbs healing properties, go deeper into preparations, and share any energetics or other wisdoms before closing together.
Please bring: an item of meaning to you to place on our community altar (you will take it back home with you after class) a journal if you wish! favorite mug with you!
Adrienne will include plant profiles / recipes /handouts that you can bring home to hole punch and put in a binder to build your own materia medica.
If you are unable to attend please email soilskysoul@gmail.com within 24 hours of class so we can make space for folks who want to drop in!

Meet Your Instructor:
Adrienne Haberl: Adrienne is a certified herbalist who’s heart is deeply rooted in creating community around the natural world and our intrinsic connection to it. She is trained in the Wise Woman Tradition and practicing for 3 years. She weaves greenwitch practices into her daily life, her offerings, herbalist practices and artwork. She tattoos and co-owns Ancient Oak Tattoo, an eco-conscious tattoo shop in point pleasant. Other offerings that she brings to her community is meditation and yoga, tarot, reiki and death doula work. Aside from herbal and tattoo work, she is passionate about nature, mysticism, ancestral ways, permaculture, plant ID, homesteading, and being with her beloved friends and family.
