This class is a perfect way to move, breathe, and reset after dropping the kids off at school.
This fusion-style class combines the mindful movements of Yoga and the strength building elements of a barre class.
Flow + Go is a full-body workout with a focus on:
Aligned, active movement to increase heart rate and target specific muscle groups
Using weights, loop bands, and yoga blocks to build strength and add resistance
Deep stretching
You’ll leave class feeling refreshed and ready for the day!
This series is best suited for individuals who have some experience with yoga, Pilates, or barre. Variations will be offered to meet varying levels.
