Just in time for the Holidays! Enjoy a well-rounded practice of active vinyasa-style flows, pranayama, and yin-inspired postures to wind down and ease into relaxation and meditation. Experience with yoga or movement is recommended.
Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
