Whether you had a vaginal or cesarean birth, this holistic, whole-body corrective exercise style program prioritizes proper breathing techniques to safely and gently reconnect, activate, and engage the powerhouse of your body - the core - with an emphasis on improving diastasis recti and restoring pelvic floor health.

We will also incorporate meditation and relaxation techniques to soothe both body and mind, promoting and supporting the delicate healing process of the postpartum. This program focuses on optimizing the muscles of the inner core (diaphragm, transverse abdominals, and pelvic floor) through breath work and gentle movement.

A truly restorative class, we will focus on neural reconnection and easefully “closing” the abdominal muscles and strengthening the pelvic floor.

Pregnancy and birth require the body to stretch and open to its maximum capacity. This program encourages the muscles to come back together restoring a feeling of strength, stability, and support in the postpartum body.

We will end class with a stress-relieving, grounding meditation specifically to allow for nervous system regulation, rest, and healing. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.
