4th of July Weekend: Barre Before the Beach with Rebecca

Join Rebecca for an upbeat and supportive class to add movement and self-care into the Holiday weekend! This 75-minute class includes a 50-min full-body Barre workout and cools down with 25 minutes of stretching, breathwork, and a guided meditation.
Barre combines movements from ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength training. A barre class includes high reps of low-impact movements using light weights and other props such as gliders, yoga blocks, and loop bands. The cool-down will guide students through a series of yoga-influenced postures and breathing exercises, easing students into a relaxed state to recharge the body and mind.
This class is best suited for individual who have some experience with dance, yoga, pilates, or cardiovascular exercise.
