Yin Yoga & Sound Healing

Experience a guided mind-body meditation with Yin Yoga infused with the high vibrations of a Sound Bath. This harmonious blend of sound healing and yoga creates a serene space for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
Yin Yoga poses are designed to release tension and enhance a mindful awareness of the physical body and breath.
This practice is accompanied by a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to nurture the mind and body.
This fusion of healing modalities offers participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in awareness, deep breathing, and meditation.
Prior yoga and/or meditation experience is not required. All are welcome.
