Happy Hips & Hamstrings
5 Weeks: 2/21, 2/28, 3/13, 3/20, 3/27
*No class on 3/6
Relax and rejuvenate with slow flowing movements to warm and loosen the muscles combined with gentle stretches to improve flexibility and mobility in the joints and connective tissue. Focus on creating space and ease in the hips, hamstrings and lower back.
Great counter practice to hard / heavy workouts, for athlete recovery, preventing injuries. And undoing all of the sitting, texting and driving we do each day! All are welcome.
Wednesdays at EmBodied Physical Therapy in Point Pleasant : 6:30 PM
This class is ideal for:
Counteracting the restrictions and stiffness in the lower body from the normal activities of daily life.
Opening the hips and allowing for recovery and movement through the hamstrings.
Will have options for all ability types
Interested in learning the language and style of Baptiste Yoga
Wednesdays at EmBodied Physical Therapy in Point Pleasant : 6:30 PM
Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
