Want to learn how to get stronger through body weight training and exercise?
Join Dr Emily Bessemer for 60 minute strengthening drills focused yoga flow with a focus on the season of late summer - This class will go through strengthening the various body areas while also integrating an vinyasa movement flow to help get your ready for fall and integration time.
Emily is a certified pelvic floor physical therapist who works with people of all genders get in touch with their pelvic floors and strengthen their core. She has over 9 years of experience in the field and has been teaching yoga for a little over 5 years. Emily is able to weave her anatomical expertise in to her class experience making it accessible to everyone but still challenging to those who need a little extra push.
This class is ideal for:
- Those looking to gain strength 
- The “advanced beginner” or strong yogi looking to add some strengthening drills and skills in to their yoga routines 
- The yogi looking to “advance” their practice 
- Anyone looking to gain strength in their body while also flowing and moving with Dr. Emily 
- Someone looking for a fall/late summer flow to ease their way in to the harvest season

Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
