The traditional escapades of new years can be enticing for some but through conscious rest, restoration and deliberate refill we reclaim who and how we are able to really be in the world. Move through this next calendar year from a full cup. Together Shannon and Emily will create a portal to ease and integrate the lessons from 2023 and move toward our next year together in 2024.
