Embracing Yin through Movement & Breathwork

Unwind with a practice designed to soothe your body from the inside out. This class combines yin-style postures, self-massage, and intentional breathwork to help you release physical tension, balance energy in the subtle body, and quiet the mind.
The practice will begin with a brief discussion on the concept of Yin Yang as a framework for understanding duality, wholeness, and the value of creating balance. Students will then be guided through a slow, grounding experience that supports the nervous system, encourages gentle release in the fascia, and creates space for deeper awareness. The practice will conclude with a guided progressive muscle relaxation and meditation.
This practice is open to beginners and experienced practitioners who are seeking a restorative reset.
