What can the feminine teach us about creating change in challenging times? This virtual series is designed to help you harness the power of the feminine to transform your life and the world. It's for those who are ready to meet the moment with a different kind of strength than what we see in the dominant culture--a power of fierce protection, rooted in love and care rather than in domination. Over four weeks, cultivate your own feminine power through the time-honored practices of meditation, observing the lunar cycle, and circling. Through gathering, practicing and learning from one another, we will increase our capacity for personal transformation and creating collective change.

Through meditation practices, you will tap into your inner wisdom, unlocking the strength and clarity needed to make small yet powerful changes in your life that ripple outward. Through ceremony and space holding, find community and connect with yourself as we integrate the often overwhelming information from the outside world and alchemize it into meaningful action that creates lasting impact.

What you get when you sign up:

  • Four 60-minute LIVE guided circles for meditation practice, dharma talks and discussion on the importance of interoception when it comes to making lasting impact.

  • What'sApp Group Chat moderated by Jane and Emily to foster connection and accountability for meditation practice between sessions.

  • A sacred container in which to be seen, heard, and nourished.

Outline:

Class 1: Opening Ceremony - Intention Setting (New Moon)

Class 2: Meditation and Hormones, Nervous System Regulation through practice

Class 3: Wisdom in Action - Embracing our Kali Power (Full Moon)

Class 4: Closing Ceremony - Integration

This class is for beginner through advanced meditators, and is a space to practice meditation and harness the power of rest, recalibration and paced action in the world.

By signing up, you commit to a daily meditation practice throughout the program. If you don't yet have a meditation practice, it's recommended to begin to practice for three minutes daily prior to the start date.
