This class is designed for students who are still new to yoga—or returning with a desire to deepen their connection to the practice.
We move slowly, breathe intentionally, and revisit foundational shapes with curiosity and care.
In this next step of your yoga journey, you'll begin to learn new poses and simple flow sequences while continuing to build strength, stability, and confidence.
Emphasis is placed on the foundational principles of yoga—linking breath with movement, tuning into your body’s natural rhythm, and honoring the present moment.
Gentle Growth is a trauma-informed space where you’re invited to move at your own pace, explore the practice with compassion, and grow into the wisdom of your body.
Whether you’ve taken New to the Mat or are simply seeking a supportive and steady place to begin again, this gentle flow offers the tools and encouragement to meet yourself exactly where you are—again and again.
