Inversions Workshop:
Practice Inversions Safely with Props!

Learn how to practice inversions safely with the support of props. This workshop will focus on specific inversions: headstand (sirsasana), shoulderstand (sarvangasana), and handstand (adho mukha vrkasana). Rebecca will instruct warm ups and training exercises that build strength to prepare students for each posture. Props such as blocks, blankets, and chair and wall support will be used to demonstrate modifications and variations for each inversion. The workshop will end with a deep stretch cool-down, relaxation and meditation.
