Whether you’re feeling the effects of long hours of work or daily stress, this slow flow class is designed to help you unwind, release tension, and realign your body.
With gentle, accessible poses and mindful breathing, we’ll counteract the impact of prolonged sitting or standing, inviting you to reconnect with your body and release everyday stress.
We’ll focus on easing tightness in the neck, shoulders, back, and hips, leaving you feeling balanced, open, and restored.
All levels are welcome!
Meet Your Instructor:
Kara Furlong
Kara's journey as a yoga instructor stems from her deep love and passion for the philosophy and practice of yoga, which has profoundly enriched her life for over 15 years. Now a 200-hour RYT with a 30-hour Trauma-Informed specialization, Kara brings her life experience as a Jersey Shore native, wife, mother, and registered nurse with over 23 years of experience to her teaching. At her core, Kara is a dedicated caregiver and healer who is devoted to fostering a practice where students feel safe, supported, and empowered to nurture their physical, mental, and spiritual needs.
