Sutra Study: A Yoga Philosophy Discussion Group

Tuesdays at 6:15pm

Yoga philosophy, much like any other philosophy, offers us a unique take on the root of human suffering, on the ways in which we can learn to connect to ourselves, wisdom and advice on navigating the dualities that life asks us to resolve and support on the perfectly-imperfect paths to peace.

Every Tuesday evening Katie will pick a Sutra from The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali for self study, reflection and break down. Together the class will work to understand the sutra and the lessons embedded there.

These workshops are trauma-informed (which means guided to see and support your in-the-moment needs), informal in nature (discussion is encouraged but never required) and supported by the sense of Community that these types of gatherings offer.
