Reiki is an ancient energy work practice that connects one to universal source.

Through this the practitioner becomes a conduit of energy, increasing their ability to channel healing energy for self and others and in turn connecting them to spirit for "hands on healing". This level upgrade attunment unlocks the capabilities of the practitioner to work on others as well as themselves.

Dr. Emily practices Reiki level 2 Attunements as reiki shares, interpretive movement of energy and integration of the distance symbol, meaning they are meant to opening and enhance your energy vibration. Through working with the energy practitioner to increase the energetics that can be channeled - a person completing a reiki level 2 attunement can expect to comfortably and safely practice on others, apply reiki 2 principles to their work and apply distance symbols.

Dr. Emily focuses a lot of her training on integration of energy work to allow for healthy and safe boundaries of space for the practitioner and the client. Reiki 2 attunement will focus on safe space creation, faery reiki energy and Runes for energetic symbology.

In This Training You Can Expect To:

  • Received your reiki 2 attunement

  • Be guided through reiki 2 holy fire attunement

  • Receive 3 reiki infused symbols for use in practice and energy work application

  • Practice hands on skills for work with clients and on others

  • Runes and other symbols to charge with energy work (Faery Reiki)

  • Calling in guardians/protectors and energetic safety for energy work on clients, friends and family members.

Dr. Emily Bessemer is the owner of EmBodied Physical Therapy and a pelvic floor physical therapist with over a decade of hands on work in the pelvic bowl, energy field and movement medicine for alignment, mobility and restoration of the magic with in the body. She’s treated hundreds of women at EmBodied Physical Therapy to connect with their womb space energy, movement practices, and alignment physically + energetically to move from their most embodied space. She is a certified reiki master teacher, prenatal yoga teacher, pilates instructor and Arvigo Abdominal massage practitioner.

Dr. Emily’s classes integrate her love of energy work, moon + seasonal cycles, functional strength training and manifestation work through the use of the body for alignment, empowerment and manifestation.
