AUG New to the Mat with Lauren Measure - Thursdays at 5pm starting 8/7
New to the Mat
A class for every curious heart and cautious beginner.
with Lauren Measure
Thursdays at 5pm
August 7. 14, 21 & 28
New to the Mat is a safe, supportive space for those starting or rekindling their yoga journey.
We’ll move through simple sequences with clear, encouraging guidance—focusing on how the poses feel, not how they look.
Expect plenty of breath reminders, gentle transitions, and the freedom to pause, modify, or explore what works best in your body.
This isn’t about perfection—it’s about showing up, tuning in, and growing at your own pace.
