Breathe and move with intention in this gentle, prenatal friendly Slow Flow yoga class designed to support all bodies.
Each class will include:
An accessible, easy-to-follow sequence of yoga poses that support strength and flexibility
Breath work and meditations to encourage relaxation and reduce stress
A closing savasana accompanied by sound bowls
This class is suitable for beginners, those who are pregnant, and anyone looking for a mindful, gentle yoga practice.
