Take a pause from your day to celebrate and reconnect with your body and your baby. Postnatal Yoga is a 45 minute gentle yoga class designed for mothers and their non-mobile babies to move, breathe, and play together in a supportive community.

This class offers:

  • Gentle postnatal yoga to help you regain strength and flexibility.

  • Mindful breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and support emotional well-being.

  • Baby bonding time through soothing touch and playful interaction.

  • A welcoming space to connect with other moms and share the journey of early motherhood.

No yoga experience is needed.

Please note: mothers should be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by their healthcare provider before attending.

Bring your baby (up to the pre-crawling stage), a blanket, and anything you need to keep your little one comfortable.

You’re welcome and encouraged to feed, soothe, or change your baby as needed — and rejoin the group whenever you’re ready. This is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and savor this special moment in time.
