Take your yoga practice to the next level with this dynamic fusion of strength and flow. This class combines traditional yoga postures with light weights and resistance bands to build muscle endurance, improve stability, and enhance flexibility. Expect a mindful, full-body workout that deepens your connection to breath while toning key muscle groups.
Recommended for individuals with a regular movement practice. Variations will be offered to meet varying levels. Get ready to move, strengthen, and stretch in a whole new way!
Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
