Sound Bath Sign Ups

We begin with a short guided meditation: breath, grounding, and a gentle setting of intention, infused with the seasonal and cyclical energy of the world around us. Then you're invited to lie back and receive. 

Biofield tuning forks bring clear, precise tones around and near the body, meeting your energetic field with steadiness. Crystal bowls rise in long, luminous waves that wash through the whole being. Koshi chimes shimmer overhead like wind moving through an unseen forest, soft and elemental.

There is nothing to achieve here. Let the sound carry your awareness inward, into the spaciousness between thoughts, where the mind quiets and the body can begin to rest. Many people drift into a dreamlike state between waking and sleep, where stillness, insight, and a quiet kind of magic tend to arrive.

We close with a slow return: gentle breath, a moment of gratitude, and time to integrate before rejoining the world.

All are welcome. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a favorite blanket or eye pillow if you'd like. Props are provided.
