Yin Yoga: Holiday Season Slow Down

Saturday December 13th 1-2:30pm

This 90-minute class guides students into a deep awareness of the physical body and breath through Yin Yoga and Mindfulness.

Yin Yoga emphasizes depth and simplicity.

Students will practice supine and seated postures that are held for 3-5 minutes with the muscles in a relaxed state to target ligaments and connective tissue throughout the body.

This practice supports the health of the joints, recharges the energetic system of the body, and naturally draws the mind inward.

Guided pranayama, deep relaxation, and meditation will be weaved into the practice.

This class offers the mind + body the opportunity to slow down and be present in the midst of the Holiday Season.
