Mondays 9:00-10:30 (in person at EmBodied or virtual)
Wednesdays 8:00-9:30 (virtual only)
Fridays 4:30-6:00 (in person at EmBodied or virtual)
A regular writing group offering participants flexibility to attend sessions that fit their schedules while maintaining regular writing momentum.
The class membership based, and is designed to support writers at various stages of their projects, from initial drafts to final revisions, as well as to build community with other writers and be held accountable to writing goals.
Class times will be offered in a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend either in-person or virtually.
Each session would focus on accountability check-ins, structured writing time, and peer review activities.
Participants would benefit from:
Goal setting and progress tracking
Dedicated writing time with group energy
Encouraging feedback on work-in-progress
Technique sharing and writing exercises
Supportive community building.
Writing can feel isolating, but it's meant to be creative and creativity is best nurtured in community.

Meet Your Instructor:
The class is taught by Melissa, who is a Reiki Master (trained by Dr. Emily), a Social Worker, with focuses in clinical practice and human rights, a Death Doula with a specialization in grief, a College Professor, Mama of Rowan and Professional Mental Health Coach.
