We’ll begin with a loving-kindness (Metta) meditation to cultivate compassion and gratitude for ourselves, our loved ones, and our planet.

Then, we’ll get cozy and comfortable as we deepen our meditative state through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other calming instruments.

What to Expect:

  • Optional time for journaling and reflection

Meet Your Instructor:

Kat Benny is a certified early childhood elementary teacher, E-RYT 200, RCYT, RPYT, Reiki Master Teacher, and Qualified Teacher of MBSR, dedicated to supporting the well-being of people of all ages through yoga and mindfulness practices. Her own experience navigating health challenges, grief, and body image have made her a firm believer in the transformative power of these practices and their ability to help turn suffering into strength and resilience. With a focus on nervous system regulation, honoring the needs of the individual, and not taking life too seriously, her classes are built on a foundation of slowness, spaciousness, and playfulness.
