As the leaves turn and the air cools, join us for a nurturing 6-week yoga series inspired by the spirit of Autumn.

This special series is designed to help you harvest the energy of summer, embrace abundance, and gently prepare for the inward journey of winter.

Each week, we’ll blend Hatha and Vinyasa style yoga, using mindful breath and movement to ground ourselves, release what no longer serves us, and tune into the rhythms of nature. Props will be thoughtfully incorporated to support and deepen your practice, making it accessible and safe for all levels.

What to Expect:

  • Gathering the Harvest Celebrate your summer growth with heart-opening flows and gentle reflection, focusing on abundance and gratitude.

  • Letting Go Flow through sequences that encourage release—shedding anything you’re ready to leave behind, just as the trees let go of their leaves.

  • Grounding & Rooting Connect to the earth with grounding postures, cultivating stability and presence as we settle into autumn’s embrace.

  • Preparing for Rest Gentle, restorative movements and deep relaxation to honor the transition toward winter and fostering inner warmth.

Come celebrate the beauty of autumn, nurture your body and spirit, and carry the gifts of the season with you into winter.

Meet Your Instructor:

Alana Keffer is a 200-hour trauma-informed certified yoga instructor whose practice emphasizes creating space within the body through mindful movement and breath. Her classes offer a fluid experience where students are empowered to deepen their practice with supportive props while honoring their unique bodies and intentions.

As co-founder of Salt Water Warriors, a local volunteer beach cleanup initiative, Alana extends her mindfulness beyond the mat into environmental stewardship and being a friend to the earth. Her commitment to sustainability continues to flow into her practice of crafting natural soaps and skincare products inspired by plants using natural ingredients.

Alana’s philosophy, on and off the mat, centers on harmony with nature’s rhythms—moving with the seasons and fostering a conscious relationship with the earth. Whether guiding a yoga session or protecting coastlines, she invites others to join her in creating a more mindful and connected world.
