Grief is often an experience that feels isolating and lonely, hard to look at and harder to share.

The goal of this space is to ease some of that together.

A community space focused on holding our grief, honoring it in our own ways, and sharing it with and feeling held, together.

The group will be led with a bit of group energy work, a writing activity, and some space to share and connect with each other. Attendees will be encouraged to ground into this relaxing space and share as much or as little about their grief experience as feels comfortable for them.

Sliding scale, donation based with a suggested donation of $20-$40

Meet Your Instructor:

The class is taught by Melissa, who is a Reiki Master (trained by Dr. Emily), a Social Worker, with focuses in clinical practice and human rights, a Death Doula with a specialization in grief, a College Professor, Mama of Rowan and Professional Mental Health Coach.
