Meet Your Instructor:

Lauren Measure, RYT-200, is the Founder of The Apprehensive Yogi. Lauren creates welcoming, inclusive spaces designed for every body. Once “the ultimate apprehensive yogi” herself, she found acceptance, peace, and joy on the mat — and now guides others to do the same. Her classes combine gentle movement, intentional breath, and compassionate self-awareness, inviting you to move, rest, and grow in ways that feel authentic to you.
