Meet Your Instructor:
Alana Keffer is a 200-hour trauma-informed certified yoga instructor whose practice emphasizes creating space within the body through mindful movement and breath. Her classes offer a fluid experience where students are empowered to deepen their practice with supportive props while honoring their unique bodies and intentions.
As co-founder of Salt Water Warriors, a local volunteer beach cleanup initiative, Alana extends her mindfulness beyond the mat into environmental stewardship and being a friend to the earth. Her commitment to sustainability continues to flow into her practice of crafting natural soaps and skincare products inspired by plants using natural ingredients.
Alana’s philosophy, on and off the mat, centers on harmony with nature’s rhythms—moving with the seasons and fostering a conscious relationship with the earth. Whether guiding a yoga session or protecting coastlines, she invites others to join her in creating a more mindful and connected world.
