November 24: Compost & Gratitude with Burdock - Limited Space Available

Class will be 90 minutes with an opportunity to mingle for a little while after.
Each month we will sit with an herb that coincides with the season. This session, the theme is Compost & Gratitude with Burdock.
We will journey through the chakra’s, taking notice of how the herb effects each wheel. We will weave in greenwitch practices under the guidance of the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing, calling in and giving gratitude to the elements. There will be an opportunity for a few folks to share experiences within the circle. Then we will go into the herbs healing properties, energetics and other wisdoms before closing together.

an item of meaning to you to place on our community altar (you will take it back home with you after class)
a journal if you wish!
favorite mug with you!
I will include plant profiles that you can bring home to hole punch and put in a binder to build your own materia medica.

Meet Your Instructor:
Adrienne Haberl: Adrienne is a certified herbalist who’s heart is deeply rooted in creating community around the natural world and our intrinsic connection to it. She is trained in the Wise Woman Tradition and practicing for 3 years. She weaves greenwitch practices into her daily life, her offerings, herbalist practices and artwork. She tattoos and co-owns Ancient Oak Tattoo, an eco-conscious tattoo shop in point pleasant. Other offerings that she brings to her community is meditation and yoga, tarot, reiki and death doula work. Aside from herbal and tattoo work, she is passionate about nature, mysticism, ancestral ways, permaculture, plant ID, homesteading, and being with her beloved friends and family.
