Start your Thursday with a gentle and balanced Yoga Practice.

Classes include:

  • Yoga poses with variations offered

  • Pranayama (breathing exercises)

  • Relaxation

  • Mindfulness + Meditation

Classes welcome inquiry and offer a safe space to explore the connection between the body, mind and breath.

This class is open to all levels and is beginner friendly.
