Meet Your Instructor:

Rebecca F. White is a certified yoga instructor with 500+ hours of training and education. She has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 14 years in the Jersey Shore community. Her classes focus on the connection between the body, mind, and breath to teach students how to move with awareness to develop a dynamic and safe practice. Rebecca is also a mother and wife dedicated to holistic and mindful living.
