As nature begins its outward expansion after winter's inward pull, we'll explore practices that support this seasonal transition in our own bodies. These classes will blend gentle strengthening with fluid, dynamic movement to help shake off winter's stillness and cultivate the vitality that wants to emerge this time of year.
Each 60-minute session will include:
Grounding breathwork to attune to spring's rising energy
Creative sequencing that balances strength with softness
Practices to support the wood element organs (liver and gallbladder) that govern this season
Time to notice what wants to grow and what's ready to be released
