Mindfulness Made Simple is a 6-week series designed to help you build meditation stamina and develop a daily mindfulness practice that actually works for you.
Each week, you’ll be gently guided through foundational mindfulness practices inspired by Jon Kabat-Zinn’s gold-standard, evidence-based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.
Together, we’ll explore accessible ways to bring awareness, calm, and presence into everyday moments and learn practical techniques to help manage stress.
You’ll learn:
How to practice both formal meditation (like seated and body scan practices) and informal mindfulness (bringing awareness into daily activities).
Ways to work with wandering thoughts and restlessness.
Simple techniques for managing stress, cultivating focus, and responding to life with more ease.
Each participant will receive recorded guided meditations and simple at-home exercises to support the development of a personal at-home practice.
