Curious about mindfulness but hate sitting still? Have the desire to meditate but no clue where to start? This class is for you!

Mindfulness Made Simple is a 6-week series designed to help you build meditation stamina and develop a daily mindfulness practice that actually works for you.

Each week, you’ll be gently guided through foundational mindfulness practices inspired by Jon Kabat-Zinn’s gold-standard, evidence-based Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program.

Together, we’ll explore accessible ways to bring awareness, calm, and presence into everyday moments and learn practical techniques to help manage stress.

You’ll learn:

  • How to practice both formal meditation (like seated and body scan practices) and informal mindfulness (bringing awareness into daily activities).

  • Ways to work with wandering thoughts and restlessness.

  • Simple techniques for managing stress, cultivating focus, and responding to life with more ease.

Each participant will receive recorded guided meditations and simple at-home exercises to support the development of a personal at-home practice.
