- Self-care practices to promote rest and healing 
- Daily rhythms for both you and baby 
- How to nourish your body with meals and teas 
- The role of bodywork, breath, and movement in restoring balance after birth 
- Building your village: practical ways to create a postpartum support system 
- How to honor your transition into motherhood and make it sacred
