Slow Down. Breathe. Connect.
Practice a guided walking meditation — a mindful journey to calm your mind, move with ease, and connect with nature. The walk will be in silence. The intention is to immerse the mind’s focus on the sensory experience of walking outside.
No experience needed. Every Body is Welcome.
Bring comfortable shoes, preferred sun protection, and an open heart.
In the case of inclement weather, a guided meditation will be offered inside the studio at EmBodied Physical Therapy.
