$75 for full-4-week series or $25 to drop-in
Sunday Morning Flow is vinyasa-style class that blends relaxation, pranayama and dynamic yoga sequences. The class is intended to awaken the body and calm the mind.
This class is recommended for students who have experience with practicing yoga or other forms of low-impact movement such as Pilates or barre. Posture variations will be offered for students at varying levels.
Must be at minimum 10 weeks post partum to participate with clearance from medical doctor. This is a group exercise class, if concerned about pelvic floor and core strength for movement - and specifics for you and your body - please schedule a one-on-one session with Dr. Emily for a full pelvic floor assessment.
