As May unfolds its gentle warmth and vibrant renewal, join us for a transformative morning yoga practice that mirrors the season's awakening. This flow is designed to breathe life into your body, mind, and spirit, capturing the essence of spring's promise and potential.
Starting May 6th, come join Dr. Emily for a vinyasa style movement flow to open your body, mind and spirit to connect with the inner and outer seasons.
Class will integrate:
Pranayama (breath work)
Sun Salutations and a vinyasa inspired yoga flow
10 minutes of closing meditation practice
