Experience the meditative rhythm of Hatha Yoga. Join Rebecca for a traditional yoga practice that harmoniously blends breath, movement and stillness.
This practice includes relaxation, pranayama, sun salutations, asanas, and meditation. The asana practice will incorporate advanced postures such as inversions and arm balances. Variations and modifications will be provided.
This 90-minute class emphasizes rest and awareness. There will be space weaved throughout the class for mindful observation between breathing practices and physical postures.
